Pricing
 
The prices displayed are quoted in Singapore dollars (Currency can be changed using currency converter) and are valid for international orders.
Threadweavers does not charge GST or Sales tax.
Threadweavers reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.

Returns Policy

There will be no returns policy at the moment.

Refunds Policy

Refunds will only be made for unavailable stocks.

Delivery & Shipping

We are selling our fashion items to International customers as well.

Threadweavers or our partners will not be liable for lost or damage mail/courier.

No matter how many items you purchase from 1 vendor(brand), delivery charges is only $1.80.

No matter how many items you buy from 2 vendors(brands), delivery charges is only $3.60.

For Singapore customers

All orders will be dispatch from our place every Wednesday and Sunday and is expected to arrive on your doorstep on Thurs/Fri or Mon/Tue.

If you are not at home when we did the delivery, we will place your item in your mailbox.

  • All items purchased from our website before Tuesday 12 midnight will be dispatched on Wednesday. Orders after that will be dispatched on Sunday.
  • All items purchased from our website before Saturday 12 midnight will be dispatched on Sunday. Orders after that will be dispatched on Wednesday.


For Overseas customers

All orders will be dispatched every Wednesday or Sunday. Delivery time depends on your location but should not exceed 4 weeks generally.

As part of our quality proccess policy, for every shipment that is late, we will refund 20 cents credit per day to your account!
